Courage CQC provides professional self defense course and tryout events for companies and facilities
In early 2020, Courage CQC organized 2 eskrima events for famous Canadian sport outfits companie LULULEMON and local English Magazine REDSTAR.
During the events, Sam explained the origin of eskrima and practiced single stick, double stick, empty hand techniques and self defense training against weapon attack. Both of the event finished with fun and simple sparring.
